We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Information you provide before departure, health or dietary details for example, is used solely to prepare your voyage safely and is kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

Flotita Bonita expeditions involve real physical activity in a remote, natural setting, sailing, paddling, swimming, and living outdoors. Every guest signs our Articles of Agreement before departure, confirming they understand these risks and take part of their own free will.

Guests are responsible for their own health, fitness, and travel insurance, as set out in the Articles of Agreement. Piratas do Amor, its guides, and crew are released from liability for accidents, injury, illness, or loss, except where caused by their gross negligence.
